Overview #

The Material Module centralizes construction material management by tracking inventory, planning material requirements, managing procurement, allocating materials to tasks or locations, and monitoring usage and wastage. It also supports accurate material estimation for improved planning and budgeting, integrating seamlessly with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement modules for efficient workflows.

Navigate to Tile menu and click Material

How to filter and view Materials #

Click Open

How to Create a Material #

Click New

Fill the following fields,

• Description
• Unit (Purchase) – Unit used the purchase the material
• X Base – converts unit purchase into unit base
• Unit (Base) – Unit you want to keep in stock and transact in
• Status (Select from Pending, Active, Cancelled)

Click Save

How to add a Material Price #

Click the bar with the text Click here to add a new row

Supplier – Select from the pop-up list 

Supplier Code

Enter the price using one of the following fields,

• Price Exc – The VAT and Price Inc will be calculated
• Price Inc – The VAT and Price Exc will be calculated

Click Save

Change Grid Layout #

Select The Side of a grid – The line in the grid view 

Drag to any placement you want

Click Menu

Click Save Grid Layout

Deleting a Material (In Material) #

Click Menu 

Click Delete

Deleting a Material (Out Material) #

Right click on the material you want to deleteClick Delete
